Workshop Description 

Plants are intelligent beings who have medicine to share, and it is our human responsibility to work with plants in an honorable and reciprocal way. This workshop uses a Native Science / Indigenous Philosophy approach to discuss building relationships with plants, working with smoke medicine, and creating smoke bundles.

1. Learn about the calls to action from the Apaza lineage of Peru around Palo Santo and the San Gabriel Band of Mission Indians around White Sage

2. Incorporate practices of relationship-building with plants in daily life using a Native Science / Indigenous Philosophy approach

4. Be able to create your own smoke bundle
