Fire cider, a term coined by Rosemary Gladstar, is a spicy herbal tonic that brings together apple cider vinegar, herbs, roots, peppers, seeds, vegetables, flowers, and honey! It is a kitchen medicine that truly allows you to tap into your creativity to promote health and wellness.
